Following on from The Vaccines record breaking 22,000 virtual audience from across the globe, the DIY x Twitch There Is Light partnership momentum continued for the latest performance by Orla Gartland. The campaign has been successful in creating a core following of over 7,000 registered subscribers since launch and has helped deliver Twitch’s objective of moving the channel from being associated with solely gaming streams to being associated as a music streaming platform too.
These numbers suggest that international live streaming will continue to be an integral and useful part of music partnerships post pandemic.
