Focusrite chooses DIY partnership for Scarlett 4th generation global launch

The Scarlett audio interfaces are the start point for millions of young artists recording their music, often from their bedroom right the way through to professional studio quality sound.

The new 4th Gen range features the Solo, 2i2, 4i4, Solo Studio, and 2i2 Studio, offering greater audio specifications, enhanced creative capabilities, and unprecedented ease-of-use for singer songwriters up to studio quality multi inputs.

DIY recommended artist Pixey fronts the UK leg of the global Scarlett launch with three page fold out cover advert in DIY September magazine

The new Scarlett range boasts better specs than any previous generation of Scarlett. Key features include Auto Gain, Clip Safe and a re-engineered Air mode, cementing its status as a giant leap for the acclaimed range. Check out the new range.

Six acts from around the world are celebrating the new range of the world’s best-selling audio interfaces. The multi media campaign targeting aspiring and emerging artists will include performance and interview footage as well as DIY editorial features with artists involved. The UK “hero” artist, introduced by DIY, is Pixey.

Launching with the three page cover foldout in physical and digital magazine format, there will local artist content rollout across four time zones UK, US, Latam, Asia, Europe all on one day. Stills and video clips will lead social media posting with DIY’s campaign being seen by it’s 1m+ global audience across all time zones. Each artist will also have a local language interview and DIY will create additional content with English language artists, although all interviews will be captioned. This new partnership strengthens the relationship with the brands following Focusrite’s sponsorship of DIY Class of 2023 event.
