Literally……over the course of a week DIY is supporting Spain as lead country at ESNS 2023, and Spanish Wave artists as part of the Spanish music export initiative, and are speakers at Berklee Valencia’s Global Career Summit 2023. This strengthens our involvement with Spanish music’s Mad Cool, Andalucia Music Forum and Estrella Galicia partnerships in 2022.
DIY partners lead country Spain at ESNS 2023.
DIY is delighted to also announce the launch of “ Focus on Spain” an eight page publication to promote the Spanish artists and industry who will be performing and networking/speaking at ESNS 2023. Designed and produced by DIY’s creative team in conjunction with Cesar Andion’s Spanish team.
Designed as a lightweight, easy to read newspaper format, it is available in physical format at the Spanish ESNS lounge and hosted on the DIYmag.com website as a digital version.
The newspaper launch was promoted across DIY channels and the digital version can be viewed in full here.
As part of the focus on Spain, DIY is also partner to the Spanish Wave, the Live Nation Spain driven initiative to help promote Spanish emerging artists around the world, many of whom are performing at ESNS and are featured in the “Focus on Spain” publication.

DIY to speak at Berklee Global Career Summit
What better way to start the year than speaking at the Berklee Global Career Summit 2023 in Valencia.
Looking forward to sharing my own and DIY’s story in a challenging talk entitled “Breaking Into the Industry with Intent” with the next generation of Berklee School of Music next alumni on 17th January.
We will share the stage with Opeyemi Iredumare, a legal practitioner licensed in
Nigeria with 10+ years of experience in market development and strategic partnerships for businesses dealing in intellectual property rights transaction, digital commerce, and
telecommunication, as well as Ro Rowan, a Los Angeles-based cellist, composer, and sound
designer.
